Welcome to our "room"! We have 20 terrific third grade learners! I am so impressed with how they interact with each other. It is a true gift to be able to spend my day with such thoughtful, kind, friendly, excited, and ready to learn students! Every day with them is a joy!
We are busy! We are testing out measurement chapter in Math this week and continuing with metric measurement, we will also begin multiplication! We are learning about our government and how it works in Social Studies this week focusing on the 3 branches and our nation's capital, and discussing families in health class. Our cursive writing continues to improve.
In reading, we are continuing with different forms of writing. We will explore reading and writing poetry this week.
